Reservation & Payment
1. How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made directly through our website by clicking the "Book Now" button which will redirect to a WhatsApp.
2. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid upon check-in.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellation or change to your booking must be made at least 2 days before the check-in date. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
4. Can I change my booking dates?
Yes, subject to availability. Please contact us at least 2 days in advance to avoid any penalties.
5. Can I change my room after check-in?
No. Room changes are not allowed once guests have checked into their assigned room. Please review your booking carefully before confirming.

6. How many people can stay in one chalet?

Each chalet is designed to accommodate 2 adults comfortably.

An additional charge of RM20 per extra adult (per night) applies for overnight stays at the floating chalet.

The maximum limit is 4 adults per chalet.

For groups of more than 4 adults, please book an additional chalet.
7. What time is check-in and check-out?

8. Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?
This is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
9. Are the rooms non-smoking?
Yes. All our rooms are strictly non-smoking. A RM130 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside the room.
10. Can I cook inside the room?
Cooking inside the room is not allowed. However, you may use the designated outdoor cooking area provided.
11. Can I store fish, prawns, squid, or bait in the fridge?
No. Guests are not allowed to bring or store live fish, prawns, squid, or any fishing bait in the room fridge. This is to maintain hygiene and avoid unpleasant odors.
